Top Trade Sites provides website design and development services for UK trade businesses. We offer various packages with different features and pricing options.
You are responsible for providing all content, images, and text for your website. You warrant that you have the right to use all content you provide and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights.
Upon full payment, you own the content of your website. We retain ownership of the underlying code and design framework. You may not resell or redistribute our website templates.
We provide hosting and basic maintenance as part of our packages. This includes security updates and uptime monitoring. We aim for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
You may cancel your service with 30 days' notice. Setup fees are non-refundable. Monthly fees will be charged for the current billing period.
We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months.
